For wall beds we require a 50% deposit with the balance on delivery.
1. We builds each and every order according to the customer's desired selection. Have fun with this part. Think of this process as a blank canvas. Pick the style, color, wood type and any accessory that can accent the Wallbed, including lights, tables, cabinets, office pieces and much much more. The majority of our Wallbed orders are taken over the phone.
2. As the order is taken, a computer drawing is produced. This drawing communicates all of the specifics of the customer's room and order. Because each order is unique, each order is looked over before any part is cut. When all of the parts for a specific order are cut to size, the order moves to the assembly area. This is where Mellor's talented and experienced wood working team builds each order individually.
3. After this assembly process, the order then progresses to the finish shop. Finishing is a critical part of the process as this is where the finish is applied.
4. Finally each bed is carefully prepared for delivery and installation, we pride ourselves in making sure a member of the manufacturing team will install the bed.
Production time is approximately 7-8 weeks plus shipping, delivery or setup; however depending on production load at the time that you place your order, the time frame can be shorter or longer. Please call us for an up to date time estimate. The nice thing about this is that your order is built for you. You choose the color, wood type and pieces.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Wallbed and we cannot resolve the problem, we will remove the Wallbed and refund your money in full. The money-back-guarantee is only possible on the day we install your Wallbed.
